Our mission is to help health care organizations refine health care delivery systems for the sole purpose of improving patient care.
Our vision is to use our clinical expertise and leadership experience to affect change in a positive way. It is only through physician leadership and physician alignment with health care organizations that we will approach health care reform in a way that benefits those for whom we care. Further, we cannot fix problems without fixing processess.
We believe in putting the patient first. We believe that there are needless historical reasons why physicians and healthcare organizations don't work together effectively. We believe those reasons are non-sensical and get in the way of patient care. We believe in the sacred professionalism of medicine, but also believe that we all share a common mission to improve care for our friends, patients, communities, and consttituents. We value transparency and integrity. We place honor in difficult converations that lead to a shared purpose. We believe that processes are broken, not people - and as such, we can work together to improve processes.
